This Agreement is between the Artist and the Management Team.
The Management agrees to present your song to Magazines, Radio Stations, and Record Labels.
The Artist is in the Business of Entertaining, Singing, Writing or Rapping.
Management is in the Business of Promoting and Managing Artists for a monthly fee plus commission.

The Goal is to promote and manage the Music of the Artist.
The Goal is to help secure a fan base for the Artist.
The Goal is to introduce and promote the Artist to Nightclubs.
The Goal is to introduce and promote the Artist to Magazines and Radio Stations.
The Goal is to introduce and promote the Artist to Industry Outlets and Record Labels.
The Goal is to secure a Record or Distribution Deal with a Record Label.

Management will negotiate with Labels and secure shows based on the Artist’s popularity.
Management will oversee the Administrative Services of Managing the Artist’s Career.

The Artist is responsible for the expenses needed to
promote the song such as the cost of Printing, Mailing or
making copies of their material.
Services and Expenses paid for are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This Agreement may be terminated by the Artist or the Manager every 30 days if the Artist or Manager
fails to perform as per Schedule or as per this Agreement.
