People hate for a lot of reasons. Simon Cowell is being Sued for $3.8 Million by Disgruntled Game Show Contestant. A former contestant on a TV game show is suing Simon Cowell for humiliating her on national television, reports the Guardian. Emma Amelia Pearl Czikai, who appeared on "Britain's Got Talent," contended in a pre-trial hearing Wednesday in London that the show’s judges were guilty of "exploitation, humiliation, degradation and barbarism." Czikai, who is a former nurse, claimed that a physical ailment--cervical spine neuritis, which affects the ability to hear your voice while singing--adversely affected her performance. Websites allow COMPLAINTS in order to demand money from the people who are being hated on. Anybody can write anything and they will display it. "Makeitorbreakit.com promises artists a career in the music industry." Makeitorbreakit.com does not promise a career in the Music Industry. There are NO guarantees in the Music Industry. NO ONE can guarantee you a career in the Music Industry. Makeitorbreakit.com markets and promotes an Artist to make them as popular as possible. "Makeitorbreakit.com is always trying to get personal information from a person." Makeitorbreakit.com does ASK for a person’s information during the conversation. We are able to provide more personalized attention and really get to know the customer. We provide a general overview on what Makeitorbreakit.com does as a Marketing and Management firm, however we will answer any questions. "Makeitorbreakit.com doesn't give out a lot of information about the company." Makeitorbreakit.com is a Marketing and Management firm for Recording Artists. We get Record and Distribution by presenting Recording Artists to 30 different Record Labels in 30 days. We market and promote the Artist as well as prepare everything necessary for the Artist's presentation. We would be more than happy to go into detail about we offer as a Marketing and Management firm. "Makeitorbreakit.com gave me tracks that came out sounding generic and homemade." The Director provides clients with a vast amount of tracks. The CLIENT selects the tracks. The CLIENT agrees to the tracks that he or she selects. The tracks are left up to the Artist. "My CDs were produced 2 weeks after I was promised them." CDs that are produced outside of the office have to be shipped, and that takes time. Shipments can be delayed for multiple reasons that we have no control over. We cannot make orders process any faster without charging the Artist more money. We cannot make items ship faster. "I didn't get any exposure for the $1,000 package I ordered." We are only as good as the Artists that we work with. All promotions that are done on an Artist is logged. Those logs are available for the Artist to view whenever they are asked for. "The Director is extremely verbally abusive to his staff and clients." Ron keeps it real at all times. People who do not care about your success will let you continue doing things the wrong way. Ron will let you know when you are doing something wrong, point it out, and tell you how NOT to do it. Some people cannot handle the rough, rugged, and raw personality of Ron. If you cannot handle the criticism then do not get in the Entertainment Industry. "The Director pays his employees under the table." Las Vegas is a "here today, gone tomorrow" type of city. For every person who comes to work for Makeitorbreakit.com, decides that the job is too much, and “jumps ship” at lunch is $165 gone. It can take up to 2 weeks to be processed out with the payroll department. Most people who come to work “jump ship” before they even finish the process. Payroll is done in the most logical and cost effective way for transient people. "The Director operates a business without a license." Makeitorbreakit.com has all of the necessary licenses to operate the business in Las Vegas. The business license is available for viewing upon a valid request. Do you have a license to Sing or Rap? "The Director is extremely verbally abusive." Ron has a certain level of excellence that his company must maintain. If an employee is not meeting those standards, Ron will point them out. Do you expect to pay for outstanding services or outstanding mistakes? The “verbal abuse” is only required when performances are below the necessary level of excellence that is PAID for by the Client. "The Director generally keeps 3 to 4 people employed for a few weeks to a couple of months and then fires everyone for not being as skilled as him." Ron is willing to train anyone who is willing to do whatever it takes, and can follow instructions. What a lot of people do not know is the number of people Ron hires. Ron does not fire many people; a lot of people quit because they cannot handle the training. People cannot handle working so close to the boss. People quit because they cannot get away with anything. People quit because they are held accountable for their work. Most of all, people quit because they cannot handle the criticism and consequences of their mistakes. "Makeitorbreakit.com solicits people from behind amateur recording artists' homepages and puts up vague posts targeting people interested in working in the music business." Makeitorbreakit.com creates and advertises promotional messages that promote good music. These are sent to people who like good music.   Anybody can put anything on the Internet but that does not make it TRUE.
