The Manager is able to cut the cost of things and provide more free services to clients because he works out of his home. (Look at how many other businesses have closed.)

Any company that does promotions for their clients is tagged as spam or junk mail.
Our firm fully complies with the Can Spam Act. (Can you imagine TV with no commercials?)
HATER: "YOUR FIRM PROMISES ARTISTS A CAREER IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY."
Our firm does not promise a career in the music industry.

HATER: "YOUR FIRM ADVERTISES, MARKETS, AND PROMOTES ANY ARTIST TO MAKE THEM AS POPULAR AS POSSIBLE."
Ok, we are wondering what is the problem? It is one of the things we get paid to do.
HATER: "YOUR FIRM IS ALWAYS TRYING TO GET PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM A PERSON."
Our firm does ask for a person’s information during the conversation.
By doing this, we are able to provide more personalized attention and really get to know the artist.

We are the people behind the artist.
We are not in front of the artist that we promote, we are behind them.
Our firm is a marketing and management firm for recording artists.
We market and promote the artist as well as prepare the artist for presentation.

HATER: "YOUR FIRM GAVE ME TRACKS THAT CAME OUT SOUNDING GENERIC AND HOMEMADE."
We are not beat makers. Nobody forces anybody to do a track. If the client picked the track, then they must have wanted it and then changed their mind. The Manager provides clients with a vast amount of tracks for free.
The client selects the tracks. The client agrees to the tracks that he or she selects.
HATER: "MY CDS WERE PRODUCED 2 WEEKS AFTER I WAS PROMISED THEM."
CDs that are produced outside of the office have to be shipped, and that takes time. Shipments can be delayed for multiple reasons that we have no control over. We cannot make orders process any faster without charging the artist more money. We cannot make items ship faster.
HATER: "I DIDN'T GET ANY EXPOSURE FOR THE PACKAGE I ORDERED."
That person wanted overnight success. We are only as good as the artists that we work with. All promotions that are done on an artist are logged. Those logs are available for the artist to view whenever they are asked for. We get the artists approval on everything before we go to the next project.
WHAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE?
Anybody can put anything on the internet but that does not make it true.

The Manager keeps it real at all times. People who do not care about your success will let you continue doing things the wrong way. The Manager will let you know when you are doing something wrong and tell you how to do it. Some people cannot handle the rough, rugged, and raw personality of The Manager. If you cannot handle the criticism, then do not get into the entertainment industry.
HATER: "THE MANAGER PAYS HIS EMPLOYEES UNDER THE TABLE.
Las Vegas is a "here today, gone tomorrow" type of city. Providing day work is the simplest solution.
We keep it simple for every person who comes to work. We've had employees that decided that the job is too much, and jump ship. That is fine, however if we used a more traditional payroll system the last paycheck could be delayed. It could take up to 2 weeks to be processed by the traditional payroll process. Our way shortens that process and allows both parties to conclude any financial obligations in a shorter period of time.
We loose money hiring, training, firing, and processing people who really do not want to work. We try but most people who come to work jump ship before they even finish the training process. Payroll is done in the most logical and cost effective way for transient people.

We have the necessary licenses to operate a business. Search for the right city and name!
The business license is available for viewing upon a valid request. Do you have a license to SING or RAP?

The Manager has a certain level of excellence that his company must maintain. If an employee is not meeting those standards, The Manager will point them out. We pay for outstanding services not outstanding mistakes?
No one is allowed to fall below the level of EXCELLENCE and then expect to be paid.
This includes employees and clients.
HATER: "THE MANAGER KEEPS 3 TO 4 PEOPLE EMPLOYED FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND THEN FIRES EVERYONE FOR NOT BEING AS SKILLED AS HE IS."
The Manager is willing to train anyone who is willing to do whatever it takes and can follow instructions.
You already have the opportunity. We need you to just do the job you are being paid to do or you are fired.
Past employees quit because they cannot handle the training.
Past employees could not handle working so close to the boss.
Past employees quit because the boss won’t let them get away with anything.
Past employees quit because they are held accountable for their actions.
Past employees quit because they cannot handle the criticism and consequences of their mistakes.
This is not a TV reality show where you can talk back or act like this is your show.
Shows like Hell's Kitchen, Celebrity Rehab, The Apprentice, America’s Top Model, and
Big Brothers are nice because you know you are on TV.
This is not the matrix and the boss is not Morpheus.
HATER: "YOUR FIRM SOLICITS PEOPLE FROM AMATEUR RECORDING ARTISTS HOMEPAGES AND PUTS UP VAGUE POSTS TARGETING PEOPLE INTERESTED IN WORKING IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS."
Our firm creates and advertises promotional messages that promote new music. These are sent to people who like good music.
Haters have only one side of the story, theirs.
