The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the potential profitability of the Artist.

By advertising on Television, Cable, Radio, the Internet, and Magazines, it is clear that the market share and market saturation can be 40%, if done with a level of consistency and continuity.

The initial game plan is to start locally, graduate regionally, and once we reach 20,000 units or downloads, we will be able to graduate to a national campaign.

The international Canadian market, notwithstanding Japan, represents no less than

$2 million, based on the fiscal advertising budget. With the internet changing and methods of distribution changing, there are new revenue streams that can be acquired and secured.
 

The initial hardware needed, to secure our market share, is no less than $80,000.

The initial software to secure the market share is less than $20,000.

Management fees for daily tasks consist of $4,000 a month, not including expenses for the first 3 months.

 

Advertising on a local level should be no less than $4,000 a month.

 

Advertising on a national level should be no less than $40,000 a month.

 

The commission’s sales force will consist of acquiring:

Advertisers, Distributors, Rack Jobbers, and Investors.

 

 

The Direct Response Ratio is based on a 25% market saturation.         

10% of sales will be impulse buying.

5% of revenues will be from Retail DVDS.

20% of revenues will be from Wholesale CDS.

20% of revenues will be from Wholesale DVDS.

15% of revenues will be from Retail CDS.

10% of revenues will be from Sponsorships.

15% of revenues will be from TV show ads.

5% of revenues will be from Website ads.

 

Based on a .99 cent download fee, projected sales would equal 100,000 dollars per month over the internet.  (Ring Tones not included.)

 

Other areas of making money will be, but not limited to: Retail and Wholesale Distribution, Sponsorships, Commercial Appearances, Movie Appearances, Public Service Announcements, Grant Acquisitions, How To Programs, Biography Programs, TV Show Appearances, Car Commercials, Soda Commercials, Pharmaceutical Commercials, Technology And Electronics Sponsorships, On-Line Advertisers, and Telephone Affiliate Opportunities.
